Alternative dispute resolution

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) covers mediation, conciliation and arbitration.

Independent entities, with specialised staff, help the consumer and the business/trader to reach an amicable solution through mediation or conciliation. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
